Colorado Wellness Studio (CWS) was started to provide individuals with training covering Tai Chi, QiGong, stretching, breathing and meditation. Classes offer the individual student exercises that help develop balance, focus and relaxation.
In a very hectic and stressful world it is important to find the time and the techniques that help us to bring our lives into a balanced state. Classes at Colorado Wellness Studio allow students to learn and explore techniques that they can bring into their daily lives.
